Why is Family Caregiving Important?

Working family caregivers are people who care for a loved one at home while also working a full-time or part-time job. Whether you have a caregiver colleague, employ a family caregiver or are a caregiver yourself, caregiving impacts us all at some point in our lives. Balancing caregiving responsibilities is particularly challenging for working family caregivers who have additional responsibilities in the workplace. Regardless of the size of your business or if you currently employ working caregivers, building a caregiver-friendly culture is essential to the long-term health of your business.
